The League of Lancers was a club at Pasadena City College, where a group of students would meet and play League of Legends, a teambased 5v5 MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) video game. The club grew in popularity and needed to rebrand their identity that captured the spirit of the game itself but also felt personal to the students attending the college. The logo uses the same font as the games official logo, Friz Quadrata, with the second word replaced with Lancers, the schools mascot, to represent the school. Pasadena City College was added to identify the school when the team would compete against other players at different schools.
